MKUltra is an umbrella name for a series of more than 150 illegal projects run by the US Central Intelligence Agency since 1955. Jen If is a survivor of ritual abuse, mind control and organised abuse via MKUltra.
Declassified files confirm that the CIA manipulated peoples' mental states and brain functions by secretly drugging them with experimental psychoactive drugs and other chemicals without the subjects' knowledge or consent.
Retribution has been paid to some people for this violation. Unfortunately, most written records were destroyed in 1973 on the order of CIA Director Richard Helms.
MKUltra allegedly ended in 1973 however, Jen and thousands of other survivors report memories of MKUltra continuing at least in to the late 80's. Remote viewing project Stargate continued to at least 1995.
